Analyst – Client Services

Role
CrossLead Analysts support the Client Service Team’s line of effort to align leadership, prioritize goals, and increase the speed and effectiveness of decision-making for our clients. The CrossLead Analyst will work extensively at client sites, as well as at CrossLead Headquarters. Reporting to a seasoned engagement manager, the Analyst will be responsible for helping the team cultivate progressive leadership competencies with the client’s senior executives. The Analyst will focus on the client’s competencies and help create deliverables to their organization. The Analyst will train the client teams in how to use the CrossLead Platform, while helping to facilitate work on the client’s organizational habits, and behaviors. The role will require the Analyst to take ownership of a variety of delegated tasks, and responsibilities will include both implementation and administrative efforts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support CrossLead’s consulting practice and the Project Lead by helping the engagement team partner with the client’s stakeholders to effectively layer CrossLead practices into communication and management processes
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with the client, where appropriate, and help CrossLead be a seamless extension of their team
  • Participate in the development and delivery of transformational training programs, leadership initiatives, and incorporation of the CrossLead Platform into client workflows. This will include project work, assisting in the facilitation of processes and management of deadlines, and helping ensure superior execution for the client
  • Understand the structure and strategy of client engagements and perform appropriate research and analysis as required.
  • Organize client’s objectives, strategies, plans, goals, while using the CrossLead framework and platform
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality deliverables and presentations
  • Help coordinate events, logistics and materials for client engagements, leadership off-sites and education events
  • Document processes to ensure CrossLead leadership, other client engagement teams, and the CrossLead Platform leverage knowledge and success, as well as suggest ways to continually measure and improve effectiveness
  • Become CrossLead software experts and take back lessons learned from client engagements to improve the product experience
  • Focus on personal growth and continual improvement
  • Further the growth of CrossLead through recruiting activity, work in the community, participation in industry events and the support of new business proposals

Full-stack Web Developer

Role

CrossLead’s Engineering team develops world-class web and mobile SaaS applications that empower the firm’s clients – leaders, teams and organizations across industries globally – to achieve adaptability and make data-driven organizational decisions. CrossLead engineers utilize the latest in open source technologies to solve challenging problems in data analysis, advanced visualizations, and human interfaces.

As a Full-stack Web Developer, you will work directly with senior management in architecting and implementing the CrossLead Platform, a cloud-based, turnkey embodiment of the CrossLead methodology. Used at all phases of client engagements, the Platform analyzes data gathered by our customizable Diagnostic Tool and integrations with existing data APIs. The Platform then generates proprietary insight from the client data as well as stunning visualizations, such as open chord and network map diagrams depicting organizational connections.

Responsibilities

  • Architect client and server-side web app infrastructure
  • Implement project management and reporting tools with rich visualizations
  • Take part in engineering best practices, including but not limited to: performing code reviews, developing testing strategy, and contributing to development wiki & blog
  • Provide feedback on and contribute to CrossLead’s long term digital strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience building scalable and reliable web applications
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Worked with AngularJS, Backbone.js, or similar font-end web application frameworks
  • Worked with Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar front-end presentation frameworks
  • Experience with D3.js, WebGL, or other data visualization frameworks is a plus
  • Worked with Express or similar back-end Node.js web application frameworks
  • Worked with MongoDB. Experience w/MySQL, PostgresSQL, or other RDBMS is a plus
  • Experience building RESTful web service APIs
  • Experience integrating 3rd party web services, especially enterprise APIs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Operations Associate

Role

CrossLead’s Operations Associate will work on our Administration team, which consists of Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Strategy functions.  This role will work primarily in the Operations function.  This team is responsible for managing the physical office operations and overseeing maintenance of stable business operations.  The position will support the Director of Operations in achieving this objective, specifically office management, vendor management, event coordination and execution, IT support, and inventory management.  The Operations Associate will also work with the Human Resources Manager and the Finance team on payroll and benefits support.

The bottom line is:

  • Being flexible in doing whatever it takes to keep the office functioning at a high level to create the environment for success, both in day-to-day work and executing courses
  • Holding team members accountable to maintain orderly workplace
  • Supporting efforts to maintain accuracy of payroll and benefits

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a comfortable, effective working environment.
  • Work closely with account managers to support execution of CrossLead courses to high-level of performance.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with vendor partners, such as building management, inventory suppliers, event caterers, office space support services (i.e. Kastle, M2 Construction, Hotbed Technologies).
  • Manage Operating Rhythm when Director of Operations is not available, including standup, KSF, and other meetings.
  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • Administer monthly payroll for multi-state employees.
  • Confirm payroll deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records and follow established company policies to ensure compliance with internal control protocols.
  • Work with Finance department for benefit carrier bill reconciliation.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and 401k.
  • Understanding of 401k, FMLA, COBRA, W2s, and state unemployment taxes.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee benefits orientation.
  • Understand and effectively explain the benefits of our software and services.
  • Maintain proficient understanding of IT capabilities of office and basic troubleshooting.
  • Effectively manage inventory, including maintaining accurate counts of swag items and reordering as needed with Director of Operations.
  • Attend weekly touchbase meetings with Director of Operations and CFO.
  • Collaborate with fellow CrossLeaders to meet company objectives.

Requirements

CrossLead is seeking exceptional individuals who are comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment to fill the role of Product Designer. CrossLead Product Designers will work with teams of product managers and software engineers to build and shape the future of the CrossLead Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Understand CrossLead’s strategy and produce successful designs within a changing and complex environment
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define innovative solutions
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design problems
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards and ensure consistent application across the product
  • Create user stories, personas, scenarios, and end goals to guide development work
  • Define interaction models, end-to-end experiences, diagrammatic user task flows, and UI specifications
  • Translate concepts and research findings into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and mockups that lead to a simple and intuitive user experience
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs
  • Execute platform-wide design initiatives and deliver projects of any size with minimal oversight
  • Explore different approaches to solving specific user problems
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with interaction design and digital prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, and others
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distill highly-complex matters into clean, understandable solutions
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs and ideas from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design or related experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, LESS, or SASS
  • Experience with mobile and responsive design
  • Experience working in an agile development process
