Role

CrossLead’s Engineering team develops world-class web and mobile SaaS applications that empower the firm’s clients – leaders, teams and organizations across industries globally – to achieve adaptability and make data-driven organizational decisions. CrossLead engineers utilize the latest in open source technologies to solve challenging problems in data analysis, advanced visualizations, and human interfaces.

As a Full-stack Web Developer, you will work directly with senior management in architecting and implementing the CrossLead Platform, a cloud-based, turnkey embodiment of the CrossLead methodology. Used at all phases of client engagements, the Platform analyzes data gathered by our customizable Diagnostic Tool and integrations with existing data APIs. The Platform then generates proprietary insight from the client data as well as stunning visualizations, such as open chord and network map diagrams depicting organizational connections.

Responsibilities

  • Architect client and server-side web app infrastructure
  • Implement project management and reporting tools with rich visualizations
  • Take part in engineering best practices, including but not limited to: performing code reviews, developing testing strategy, and contributing to development wiki & blog
  • Provide feedback on and contribute to CrossLead’s long term digital strategy

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience building scalable and reliable web applications
  • Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Worked with AngularJS, Backbone.js, or similar font-end web application frameworks
  • Worked with Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar front-end presentation frameworks
  • Experience with D3.js, WebGL, or other data visualization frameworks is a plus

Role

The CrossLead Legal Manager will be based at our corporate headquarters in Washington, DC and will sit on the Finance/Legal/Operations/People/Strategy team, reporting directly to the CFO/Chief Strategy Officer. The individual filling this role will have two key responsibilities: (i) the maintenance, refinement, and design of systems and processes to promote the strategic functions of the Legal team and enhance its delivery of legal services to internal and external clients, and (ii) the undertaking of a variety of work appropriate for an experienced paralegal or junior lawyer.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CFO/Chief Strategy Officer to manage and evolve legal systems and processes in order to enhance the Legal team’s productivity and quality of work. This will include, but not be limited to development and deployment of CrossLead standard agreements/terms, management of corporate records, oversight of procurement activities and vendor onboarding, and development and maintenance of corporate legal policies.
  • Act as CrossLead’s linebacker, ensuring the mitigation of legal and contractual risk to the company.
  • Act as the point person for all inbound legal communications and contract requests – coordinating responses and involving appropriate internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Oversee and perform the review, negotiation, and documentation of all contracts and other legal documents (e.g., NDAs, software license agreements, consulting agreements, lease agreements). Explicate contract terms to internal stakeholders and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Maintain broad understanding of the legal and regulatory environment as it affects CrossLead, and update corporate policies accordingly. Develop and supervise data security and privacy plan based on industry standards and risks.
  • Work with the Finance team to track client and vendor payment terms as well as sales tax nexus based on client locations.
  • Manage client and vendor contracts and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate contract renewals.
  • Manage intellectual property right protections, including registrations with the USPTO.
  • Prepare and maintain corporate and stock records. Manage equity plans and company valuations.
  • Collaborate closely with CFO/Chief Strategy Officer to manage investor relations, including term sheets, agreements, and SEC filings. Work with Strategy team to timely draft and edit quarterly and annual investor reports.
  • Manage relationships with external counsel.
  • Work with other members of the Finance/Strategy/Legal/People/Operations team to optimize back-office systems and processes in order to ensure efficient information sharing and overall smooth operations.
  • Support and manage other ad hoc legal and investor relations projects as they arise.

 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in a leading role in developing and implementing successful systems and processes in a dynamic environment, preferably for a multiple-person team inside a rapidly growing technology company.

Role

Our CrossLead Managers support and lead the Customer Success Team’s lines of effort to align leadership, prioritize goals, and increase the speed and effectiveness of decision-making for our clients.

Our Managers will work at client sites, as well as at CrossLead Headquarters. Reporting to a seasoned Director, the Manager will be responsible for helping the team cultivate progressive leadership competencies with the client’s senior executives.  The role will require the Manager to take ownership of a variety of tasks as well as operate autonomously.  Responsibilities will include both implementation and administrative efforts.

The CrossLead Manager is essential for building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, and lead teams to generate a vision, throughout the client engagement.

Role

CrossLead’s Operations Manager will work on our Administration team, which consists of Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Strategy functions.  This role will work primarily in the Operations function.  This team is responsible for managing the physical office operations and overseeing maintenance of stable business operations.  The position will support the CFO in achieving this objective, specifically office management, vendor management, event coordination and execution, IT support, and inventory management.  The Operations Manager will also work with the Finance team on payroll and benefits support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with account managers to support execution of CrossLead events to high-level of performance
